Jim is passionate about improving outcomes in healthcare with data-driven patient communications. He has an extensive background in CRM, data analytics, marketing insights and growth strategy development in the retail, big pharma & other industries. He was formerly a consultant at PwC and Zyman Group and managed business intelligence & consumer insights for a portfolio of Fortune 500 companies. At PREMEDEX, Jim oversees technology innovation & development, account management, marketing communications.
Van Willis, Founder & Principal

Van is a veteran leader in the telecom & patient communications industries. He started his career managing an international roll-out of call centers and technologies for PGi and later co-founded Medical Messaging, which was acquired by athenahealth in 2008. At PREMEDEX, Van manages sales, investor relations and human resources. He has a passion for patient engagement and helping clients achieve their organizational goals through the use of PREMEDEX technologies and its team of staff extenders.

Prior to joining PREMEDEX, Manny was the founder and principal of PhoneSlide, an innovative platform that enhances contact center communications through mobile browser technologies. Prior to this, he was VP of Technology for Bridge2 Solutions.

Kris leads clinical quality and process improvement. Prior to joining PREMEDEX, Kris held senior executive roles at Aliere Inc. (formerly Matria Healthcare) and Aon Consulting. She manages clinical programs and staff, and she ensures that programs are designed according to industry best practices to help our clients achieve their organizational patient engagement goals & objectives.

Preston is a recognized leader in strategy, sales, business development, partnership development for leading corporations. Most recently, he was Director of Sales at athenahealth and a principal at Medical Messaging. Prior to that he held VP & SVP positions at PGi, GE Capital and Lanier Wordwide. At PREMEDEX, he plays an instrumental role in sales, partnership development and growth strategies.
